As our industry evolves, you’ve likely noticed technology and software integrating artificial intelligence into nearly everything we use. Like many modern creative businesses, the industry-standard software I have relied on for years has naturally integrated AI features and automations.


I want to be completely transparent about how and why I use these tools behind the scenes—and, just as importantly, what they do not do.


Why I Use These Tools

As a homeschooling mom of five running a photography business in a local market where professional photography is a cherished investment, my goal has always been to keep my services accessible without sacrificing my family or burning myself out. In the past, the sheer amount of administrative and post-processing hours required to run a solo studio meant stretching myself thin.

• Accelerating Culling & Processing: Helping speed up the initial selection and processing phases of your galleries so that I can deliver your finished, beautifully curated images to you in 2 to 4 weeks rather than the industry-standard 4 to 8 weeks.

• Creative Brainstorming: Helping flesh out ideas for set designs and graphics.


What AI Does Not Do

I am the human behind every single decision. AI is not running my business, creating your imagery from scratch, or replacing the artistic vision and careful curation that goes into every single session.


• Every selection, edit, and layout is personally and professionally reviewed, refined, and approved by me.

• AI does not replace my style, my eye, or the intentional connection I build with you during our shoots.

• Instead, these tools have simply elevated what is possible for a solo business owner, allowing me to execute my ideas more efficiently and pass those time-savings directly on to you in the form of faster delivery times and sustainable pricing.
