NHP Policies

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION: It is our priority that our clients are happy with both their experience with us as well as their final product. It is our policy to do everything we can to ensure that you love your images. We offer retouching services and online proofing to ensure your final images are exactly what you want.

CONTRACTS: Every client is required to sign a portrait agreement outlining the finer points of our service and what is included in their purchase.

RETAINING YOUR SESSION DATE: Every service is subject to a retainer in order to hold the requested date/time. Session date's and times are available to all clients and may become unavailable if not claimed right away. Your booking proposal will be temporarily available and subject to availability which often changes without notice.

 
 
 

Privacy

The images from your session may be used to advertise in multiple ways, whether it would involve printed advertisements, online promotions, blog posts, social media, website portfolio. Your images may also be used to enter contests by the photographer. If you would prefer that your images not be used in one or many of these ways please contact the photographer to request the exclusion of your photos. May be subject to a fee.

If you would prefer that your name not be used with the images from your session please indicate that to your photographer ASAP

 
 
 

Security

Your information will be password protected to ensure your data remains safe.

 
 
 

Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the nature of custom photography refunds will not be given. If a client needs to cancel or reschedule their session the amount of their investment can be transferred to another session or product purchase.
