What is a Newborn Session?
Newborn sessions are a calm, fully guided experience designed to capture your baby in a natural, gentle, and timeless way.
These sessions take place in my studio, where everything is thoughtfully prepared for you—from soft wraps and delicate textures to a peaceful environment that allows you to simply arrive and be present.
Every session is baby-led, allowing plenty of time for feeding, soothing, and settling. There is no rush here—only space for your baby to be cared for and photographed safely and beautifully.
Parents and siblings are always welcome and encouraged to be part of this experience.

When to Book
The best time to reserve your newborn session is during your second or third trimester.
Your session will be scheduled based on your due date, and once baby arrives, we will finalize the exact day.
Newborn sessions are typically held within the first 5–14 days after birth, when babies are still very sleepy and naturally curled.
If your baby arrives early or late, your session will be adjusted accordingly—everything is designed to be flexible and stress-free.

How long does the session last?
Newborn sessions are intentionally unhurried and length can vary based on each baby's leading. Sessions typically last between 1.5–3 hours to allow time for feeding, soothing, and natural transitions.
Can siblings be included?
Yes, absolutely. If you would like sibling images we recommend booking a Family experience. For any of our Family Newborn sessions sibling and family images are always welcome and encouraged.
What should we wear for our session?
Simple, neutral tones photograph beautifully and keep the focus on connection. You will receive guidance before your session so you feel confident and prepared.
Do I need to bring anything?
You only need the essentials for your baby (diapers, milk, etc.). Everything else—from wraps to styling—is provided for you.
What if my baby won’t sleep?
There is no pressure for your baby to sleep the entire time. Every session is baby-led, and we gently work with your baby’s natural rhythms to create beautiful images whether they are asleep or awake.
How long does it take to get our photos?
Your images will be ready within 2–3 weeks. This time allows me to gently and intentionally edit each photograph, preserving the softness and beauty of these fleeting early days.
Do you travel for photoshoots?
Newborn sessions are held in my studio, where everything is thoughtfully prepared for a calm and seamless experience. This allows me to provide the highest level of care, comfort, and consistency for your baby.
Do you offer albums or prints?
Yes. Your gallery includes convenient, easy-to-use features for ordering prints or designing a beautiful custom album directly from your images. It’s a simple way to turn your memories into something tangible you can hold and revisit for years to come.
